What if that money went directly to the people who shop there? How much loyalty would they earn, and more importantly, how many people would it help? This is the heart of Dosh
Objectives
Dosh had an idea: create a cash-back app that revolutionizes the way marketing dollars are spent, and have a positive impact on the lives of shoppers everywhere.
Solutions
In order to bring their vision to life, including strategy, branding, design, and front-end/back-end development, Dosh partnered with EX Squared to create a cash-back app as well as an administrative tool for merchants to craft offers or analyze customer data.
With a product like Dosh, you need a heavy-duty backend system to allow merchants, providers, and stores to craft specific offers, track analytics and see how redemptions are happening. After all, if the goal is to move marketing dollars directly into the pockets of consumers, then it’s vital to know everything is working.
Results
We worked with the company founders on initial concepts for Dosh starting in 2014. Shortly after, we worked closely with their team to define the initial product, strategy, UX, branding, UI, and development. EX Squared and Dosh developed a partnership that stands strong. As a result of our collaboration, Dosh was well positioned for an acquisition by Cardlytics for $275M.
