We’ll collaborate with you to setup necessary access to systems and any available documentation before we dive in. We’ll also setup developer environments for code-level access. We typically have two working sessions to understand key pain points and strategic objectives to thread through this effort

Evaluate The Current State
With access to resources we’ll dive in, working closely with you on our activities, checking in early and often to ensure our focus is meeting your strategic objectives. If we find any high priority issues, such as security risks, during this phase we will bring them to your attention right away.

As we go through our analysis we’ll be building a set of recommendations by each area of review, with a backing narrative on how we arrived at the recommendation along with actionable steps.
