Brookfield Residential is a leading NorthAmerican new home builder and land developer with one goal: create the best places for homebuyers to call home.

From the development of award-winning master-planned communities to the design and construction of premier homes and commercial properties, Brookfield is committed to curating an exceptional experience.

Objectives

After acquiring several brands, Brookfield faced the challenge of integrating the marketing stack for each acquisition. Brookfield selected EX Squared to help consolidate their new acquisitions and their marketing stacks seamlessly, which included:

  • 13 business regions
  • 10 websites
  • 11 different CRM systems
  • 7 different CMS

Brookfield’s goal was to unite all of these together under a single digital experience. They wanted to have control over the brand identity at the corporate level while giving each region flexibility in the marketing they needed to be successful. Because of our deep experience with many different technologies, EX Squared was the natural fit to help them achieve their goals.

Solutions

The EX Squared team began with a discovery to dig in and uncover Brookfield’s complete vision, both online and offline. EX Squared analyzed Brookfield’s technology stack and mapped the necessary integrations with key back-office solutions.

With a thorough understanding of their marketing strategy, EX Squared mapped these requirements across various Digital Experience Platforms and found the best fit for their business goals. Through discovery, planning, development, content loading, QA, and launch, EX Squared worked with Brookfield with an eye on satisfying both the corporate targets and also making the regions successful.
