EX Squared partnered with SLB to streamline global communications and enhance user experience across complex systems. Through strategic workshops, rapid prototyping, and seamless collaboration, we delivered a modular, scalable solution—launched to acclaim at SLB’s 2024 Customer Expo—driving efficiency, alignment, and rave reviews from both internal teams and end users.
SLB came to us with a global initiative: Improve the way they communicate with complex multinational oil producers and each of the individual users of SLB products, technologies, and services. Essentially, make it easier for these customers and users to do business with SLB globally.
In order to bring their global initiative to life, SLB required a company that could:
SLB selected EX Squared as their preferred partner. We started with a series of design thinking and ideation workshops to help SLB define their vision, map out user personas, define user journeys and prioritize potential features.
Using the data surfaced from the workshops we began designing incremental POCs and testing with actual users to gather valuable feedback.
While that work was being defined, EX Squared began collaboration with SLB’s internal IT organization to facilitate the development of the mobile and web applications in collaboration with our India division.
